To further look into this & help you, please share us the screenshot of the error message you're receiving at the time of AVG AntiTrack installation.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Also, please specify the operating system of your computer (Windows 7/8.1/10 or Mac).

To Whom It May Concern,
                                      I am trying to install AVG AntiTrack. It installed just fine on one of my two laptops, but on the other laptop I keep getting the following message:

 

Error. Not able to detect local file path, please contact support! 

Please assist.
