what does this error mean?

"following AVG processes failed: - acgidsagent.exe  would you like to send the report to avg for analysis?"
 
it is displayed every five minutes on  a windows 7 pc using avg antivirus business edition  version 16.1671.8039

Please be informed that this Community forum basically deals with 'home' version of AVG products. Furthermore the "Business products" area has now been removed from the 'Community topics' list @ the top LHS of this page.Finally please be informed that the support for "Business products" is not now available in this Community.
