Error on certain websites

Thank you.  I tried, and I'm still having a problem, so I guess AVG is not the problem.  Thank you for trying to help!

Hello Jill,

We are sorry to know this.
We will check and help you with this issue.
May I know the version of your windows operating system please?
Are you facing this issue only in chrome browser or in all the other browsers?
Have you tried to add those websites under AVG Exceptions and check if it helps?
Open AVG AntiVirus and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings. Select General ▸ Exceptions, then click Add exception. Add an exception in one of the following ways: Type the specific file/folder path or URL into the text box, then click Add exception.
If possible, please share us the screenshot of that error message in order to check and help you further.

I have been getting an error when I try to use microapps.com.  https://lawcruit.micronapps.com/sup/BrowserCompatibilityError.aspx  My chrome browser is up to date, but it says that it is unsupported and that I should try using other browsers, but chrome is listed as one to use.  Wondering if it is due to AVG somehow.  Can you help?

Thank you for providing us the info, Jill.
Please ensure that the AVG program has the latest patches applied to it.
Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions, at bottom right corner - Restart computer after successful update & check, if it helps.
