Error on installation of AVG Protection

I purchased AVG Ultimate the other day and I have not been able to install AVG Protectection part of the Ultimate package I uninstalled using the uninstall tool at least 5 times.  I turned off all other programs and background applications including windows defender and I still can not get it to install.  I also changed the directory still to the native drive to see if that is the issue and I still get the following error.

This always occurs after about a 90% install.

​Help Please this is very frustrating.
