Do you get as "Description: event exec finished" error along with this code 0xC0070643?
Do you have any other third party antivirus program installed on your PC?
We request you to run our AVG remover tool once and try installing AVG protection PRO.

2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
NOTE: Once the remover tool done with the progress please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG remover" folder.

I bought Protection PRO today. ZEN installation gives an 0xc070643 error, so there is no completion of the installation. It does work on my PC's but NOT on my Laptop. Does anyone has an idea to solve this?
