Paid for my renewal but there is an error when I try to open up the subscription history and the tab for the invoice (see below). The server error message has been there for many weeks not. My renewal has not occurred. I am running out of time with a free trial version.

You have already renewed/purchase AVG Internet Security - Unlimited, expires on 2019.3.1. This product does not require a license number as it can be activated using AVG MyAccount credential (email address and password).
You can follow the instruction to activate AVG Internet Security on your computer.
May I know if you're unable to see AVG Internet Security subscription in AVG MyAccount > My product page?

No - I can log in but it shows after I look at the payment history for my payment made on Feb 26 2018. My renewal never works and I am running on a free trial now which will expire in 3 days time.
I received a receipt for my payment but I think it needs to be fixed up where your program associates the payment to my account.
I used to have a license key at previous years and my license was renewed automatically using the stored credit card info. This year the card was replaced and the auto renewal did not work. I paid using the updated card but it just has never renewed. This is why I am using a trial version and waiting for the error that shows in the invoice history to be fixed.
All previous year invoices are viewable using the button supplied for each payment date and year in the history. They were associated with a license key, but things are changed now for the unlimited choice.
I have tried using IE but same scenario exists
