My Incredimail returns an error message IMHttpComm.dll. Please assist

I am using AVG Internet Security 2015 as well as AVG Tune Up on two laptops and my PC at home.
The problem started on Monday 13 June (laptop) after my PC would not open Incredimail either, but with a different problem. PC opens Incredimail but does not open active e mails at all. I suspect that to be a problem that Incredimail must resolve.
On the laptop, I downloaded a program, cannot remember the name, on how to restore the missing IMHttpComm.dll. After scanning my laptop I was prompted to purchase (over R750) before cleaning could happen. The program has been un installed since.
Hope you can assist. I can access this email address from home so if your reply should arrive over the weekend I will be able to act on your directions. (We are having a long weekend and after today, I will only be back at work on Monday 20 June.)
