I understand how something like this can really try your patience. Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have purchased AVG Protection and AVG Performance. To install these products in your pc we request you to uninstall all AVG product in your pc using AVG remover tool and then install AVG Protection in your pc to get your issue fixed.
To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
I tried to check on my AVG status. It told me to go to AVG Zen
Asked me to download
I did but it couldn't complete and gave me error:Oxc0070643 and sent me to get support.
