Please connect your computer to a LAN (wired network) and boot your PC into safe mode with networking as mentioned in this article.
Once you are in safe mode with networking, follow the steps in the email that I have sent now and get connected with our additional support.
They will proceed further in removing the tuneup and reinstall it for you.
If the email is not found in inbox, do check in spam and junk folders.

Hi… I try to reinstall my AVG Tuneup, but can not… error message : Sorry, we've run into a problem during installation ( Error Code : 0xe001f988 ). Already try to use AVG Remover but still can not reinstall it. Please help.
