I request you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp using AVG remover tool and then reinstall AVG PC TuneUp back in your pc to get your issue fixed. To download AVG Remover tool please follow the below link http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe .
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

The above error shows when running AVC PC Tuneup, (3 recommendations found) when I hit the (show details button) it starts but then shows (Sorry an error occurred when loading the windows library msxm.dll)
This appeared after Windows 10 install every time i reinstall AVG.It worked ok in Windows 8.1.
