Recently the laptop has been coming up with a error status of 0xc000012f. I have tried removing the program by using the removal programs from the AVG website, however this message still re-appears and seems to be in a loop that continually comes up. There are no other anti virus programs running on the laptop. If I press on the ok button or the Red Cross the message re-appears. Assistance required, thanks heaps. Rob
