This isn't the experience we want you to have.
Upon checking our records, we're unable to find the incident in which you've taken advantage of our addditional support.
Also, clarify whether the scan is still stuck while checking C:\ drive (as earlier).
To sort this in a timely manner we'd suggest you to connect with us remotely again, by following the steps in the email that has been sent to you.
Spent days trying to get an error on AVG Tune Up repaired (Disk scans would load but not run). Links given wouldn't work, constantly logged out here. Re-installed as suggested but then registration kept saying "Invalid Format" - whether I used code I copied before deleting or one they emailed me (both exactly the same).
Finally they offered remote support and somehow got it fixed.
BUT the error I started with is STILL there! Cannot scan my hard drives. Loads up, tries to start but stays at 0%.
Will not be renewing subscription to this mess when it expires!
Hope they have the screen shots on record as I can't even add that now!

After 2 hours of remote assistance that only changed my browser, lost my bookmarks and activated every program I had sleeping, I've had enough. Uninstalled it and cancelling subscription
