1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

hey there , i cant seem to get this to re-install, 

i have avg zen for a few of my systems, 

on this one, i had to install updates after completion avg was gone and non existent 

after fail attempts i uninstalled it via windows uninstaller, 

then i went to zen and removed it from the listing of covered systems, 

then i sent the same system a new request and install link, 

i followed said link installed entered code , and i get this error 

installation failed
Description: General error (0x0430)
Error code: 0xC0070430

i am familiar with the avg removal tool , and have used it in the past,

but am unsure the tool needed in my scenario with avg zen / internet security

 

please and thank you , i will most likely be calling support tomorrow
