I'm really grateful that you answered my question.
I have tried to install AVG internet security from the link that you gave me, but it didn't work either.
I just get this error message: "No action was taken as a system reboot is required."
I took a screenshot as you can see below, the message was in dutch but I translated it ofcourse.
There's also a code in it and I already tried to look it up but I didn't find anything.
I checked and there is nothing left on my computer from AVG internet security, so it doesn't make any sense at all?!
Do you know what I should do?

Hello, I'm having some trouble reinstalling my AVG internet security program. At first, my AVG program did really weird so I wanted to uninstall it. It didn't work on the usual way, so I had to install the AVG remover. Then it worked, my AVG program is off of my computer. So a minute ago, I tried to reinstall AVG internet security and it gives an error code: 0xE001F946 and message: Event exec_finished
