First of all im really annoyed when I clicked the contact us & used the drop down menu to ask for an email for assistance it only gives me the Call option. I cant call as its 10.28 at night and I have to go to work tomorrow. I have been trying to scan with Tune Up for 2 days now but it keeps closing so im sorry if im a bit snappy. Im just really frustrated and tired.
I am having an issue with AVG PC TuneUp. It starts the 1-click maintenance and just after it analyses the Clean up Windows and programs and is moving on to the brower Analysis the box closes and I get a smaller box open that says:
Following AVG processes failed: -oneclick.exe Would you like to send the report to AVG for analysis?
I have sent several of these by clicking the yes box but I still cant run the program. Can you please help me. Its a real problem. I have even reimaged my computer and downloaded the program again several times only to find it still does it. Its costing me data for my plan and im paying for a product I cant get to work. Please help me resolve this.
I am also getting another error saying:
HTTP Error 400. The request URL is invalid.

Onother error says:

Im using windows 7. It happens regardless of which brower I try to use. Not sure if its related but I am totally computer illiterate which is why I got AVG PC Tune Up and AVG Antivirus internet security.
Please help me as I really dont know what to do and am at the end of my tether with all these computer issues. I cant afford to hire someone to look at my computer.
