And please let us know whether you have  installed any other Anti virus program in your computer other than AVG ?
Are you installing AVG Program in your computer for the first time ?

I bought AVG by means of Surfspot. But I have a lot of problems installing the product. I used different downloads, from surfspot but also from the website. I experienced different errorcodes (see below). Can anyone help me?
