I have tried uninstalling A V G, due to an error I have with the programme, as I have been trying to uninstall and reinstall, as advised. However, I just can't uninstall the programme. A box has come up to tell me that removal is in progress. The box has stayed the same for about an hour and nothing has happened. Is there another way to remove this programme? I feel completely fed now, with no proper virus protection and no way to put it right. There must be some way of sorting this out.
