Escalation of avg install problem

I'm new to this community, but I had the same prob. It's been since W10 attacked my PC's. I finally foumd out (on my own after many search's "How to disable Windows 10 "  I Have included the MS link tfor disabiling updates and from there I went to GeekSquad .  I hope this helps, I know how frustrated it is believe me.

Just finished a long remote access with avg guru who gave up and said he is escalating the problem (AVG will not install on Win10 PC)  How long does it usually take to hear back from these guys after a problem is bumped up?
