We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know if you receive any message from Windows Defender or ESET regarding the installation being blocked.
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

Eset and windows defender smartScreen blocks installation program AVG Driver Updater. I dont use this program in my 3 pc.

Please follow the below steps:

- Open your "Windows protection" app or "Windows defender security center" (WIN - Windows protection)

-Then go to the tab "Virus & threat protection"

- Virus & threat protection settings - "Manage settings"

- Switch off Real-Time protection

Then go to the tab "App & browser control"

-Turn Off  the following section:

- Check the applications and files

- Smart screen for Microsoft Edge

- Smart screen for Microsoft Store apps

Once you completed the above steps please try to run the AVG Driver Updater setup file again.
