I am also facing the same issue on the Etisalat UAE network. The AVG VPN app keeps in progress while connecting forever. It does not connect to the VPN server.

Not able to make a connection over the ISP Etisalat on their fibre broadband to any server. Anyone know a work-round. Can't speak to me family in Russia
