my answer ai't gonna help you… but it freaks me out to.  i have that AVG issue ass wel  i am not using my new laptop whenI picked  it up 3934290 pop ups male ware en stuff

The same results occured after successfully using the removal tool, and trying to upload the avg offing installation. Please help it just won't install.

I'm trying to install avg antivirus free on my laptop but it keeps showing the same results as the topic. I previously had McAfee but it was only a trial verision, hence I want to install avg before it expires. Thanks for assistance.

Ade, Also download & run the McAfee total removal tool… (http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe).
