Event exec finished

Hello. I have tried to install and reinstall multiple times the AVG Protection for my new laptop. There has been no success. After researching that you have had people complaining about this issue since September I have lost my interest in being with AVG. Obviously if you can not solve a simple problem of installation on Windows operating system then obviously your product is equally as useless. I would like a full refund of what I paid for this, which I bought through google play as a combo (protect your cell phone and your laptop). Knowing that your customer support will only respond with "We're sorry, go to this link to complain to someone else" I will just assume that I will get no support and no help with fixing my problem.
