Secondly, do you have any other antivirus software installed in your computer other than AVG?
Thirdly, do you have any VPN software installed in your devices?

AVG is the only antivirus program installed.
I have Nord VPN but it is not running. Tried that as well.
All VPN and proxy items are off.
I am using AVG Internet Security - Paid edition
