Everything has been blocked!

I got an advise from AVG to click for better protection. But now I can't even login in my computer…
What can I do?

Sarath, I have downloaded AVG internet security for windows. I have Windows 7
I'm not sure if you can read the screenshot.
When I start the computer and fill in my password I get the following message:
(translated into English):
the server user profile service prefend logging in
Users profile cannot be loaded.

I can imagine that serveral things can occur this situation. But the last thing I did was click on a notification from AVG…
I'm the only user so I think I log in as administrator?
How do I make a restore?
I hope you have some options for me.

Hi Mieke,

This is an unusual behavior as AVG will not block access to login credentials.

To know more about it, may I know the AVG program installed and the Operating System on your PC?

Also, I suggest you re-check the PC password and try logging in.

Mieke, I'm afraid as we're unsure if AVG is causing the issue and we suggest you to get in touch with Windows support as you're unable to login to your user profile to perform a system restore.

Mieke, I request not to post your order details as it's a public post and the information is also viewed by all AVG users.

As informed earlier, AVG will not block access to login credentials.

To know more about it, may I know the AVG program installed and the Operating System on your PC?
