Hello Carol.
I realize how testing the situation can be; please be assured that I shall do my best to resolve the issue… I request you to disable AVG temporarily and check if you are able to fix this.
Thank you.
On my Windows 10 laptop, I keep getting a sharing violation when saving Excel 2013 spreadsheets. I have already repaired Office, and then it saved OK one time only, but the next morning I'm getting the sharing violation error again. there has been some mention of checking with your antivirus provider, so I am asking. The files do reside on my local hard drive, and are synced to Google Drive as well. I do not have the time or patience to keep saving these files with new names every time I update them. Does anyone have a solution for this, I'm thinking perhaps a tweak to an AVG setting? This started several weeks ago.
OK, thanks. I had already done that, and exhausted all possibilities. Their answer was that AVG was causing the problem. Just wanted to check with AVG.
