I understand the inconvenience.
May I know whether you have trial version of AVG PC TuneUp installed?
Provide us with the (screenshot) of exact message that appears while accessing blocked Excel files.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

AVG is now blocking my Excel files from being changed. I have removed Excel from blocked apps in Ransomware protection. This did not help. Please help me solv this as fast as possible.
