Excel macro files

I can't "receive" emails that contain Excel files with a macro (.xlsm) sent from a Windows computer.  MAC sent emails are ok.

Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. May I know if you're experiencing this issues on your Mac computer and also if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled/uninstalled?
