Excellent remote technical support.....amazing and highly recommended!

My AVG 2014 Premium Security program crashed suddenly, so I called technical support for help.  I agreed to give tech support complete remote control of my PC, to upload whatever info they needed to resolve problem.  Three days later, I was sent email with a link allowing tech support to repair my system via "logmeinrescue" and I sat back to watch my PC being fixed from half a world away.  The process required about 3 hours of remote repair, and now my PC is running fine, along with the AVG program.  I would highly recommend that if you have serious issues with your AVG programs, give tech support a chance to make things right again via remote rescue.
