Exceptions being removed following a reboot

I am facing the same problem, I am using AVG Business edition, have the version 22.2.3219 (build 22.1.6921.709) installed, it is very annoying. Even without reboot, the exception list will reset after a while. Any solution.

Anyone experience this issue of adding an exception, and following a reboot the exceptions are gone.  I've repaired the program and tried several times and still same result.  Version:  20.7.3140 (build 20.7.5568.613).  Connected to console.avg.com

The latest version of the AVG Internet Security is 21.1.3164. 
Kindly check if your application is up to date updated or not. 
AVG >> Menu >> Settings >> Update >> Check for updates. 

If you are still facing this issue, kindly uninstall and reinstall the application.

Uninstalled.  Download install package from console.avg.com.  Reinstalled.  Same version.  Check for Updates says I'm up to date with version 20.7.3140 (build 20.7.5568.613)

Add exception.  Reboot.  Run Ammyy Admin software and exception is ignored, and removed from Exception list.   Happens everytime.

Any thoughts?
