Exceptions not working

Hi, I have a program on my computer that constantly set off AVG's antivirus warnings. I have entered the corresponding folder paths to in Exceptions but the warnings persist.

We would like to understand more about the situation. Please share the screenshot of warning you receive, exception page added on AVG product and the version of AVG you have installed.
Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> About -> check its version.

Is KS.Keymanager.exe a known application to you and is it legitimate? If you believe AVG is falsely detecting this application, please submit a false detection report from this website: https://www.avg.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form.

Thank you.I have made the report. Yes I'm sure this file is ok.
Why exceptions list not working?
