Hello Barry,
Sorry to hear that. Are you using AVG file server edition in your devices and encountering Trojan pop up with it?
Hi again,
I've updated the software as instructed and gone in and re-added the c:\priority* folder but unfortunately I still get an equally annoying message… "This file may be unsafe… just checking…ok sorry for the wait".
I have AVG professional installed on numerous machines in our offices. Recently our ERP system has started to regularly be flagged as a trojan horse (mainly due to .exe files creating reports that display in word, excel, chrome etc.). I have been adding the entire folder C:\Priority\ to the exceptions list, but on one machine in particular, it keeps interrupting the user to notify them that files in this folder are unsafe. Has anyone had this issue before?
Hello Barry,
I am sorry to hear that the issue persists. Please let me know if you have this issue in your server or home computer.
Hi Abirami,
The PCs are all using AVG AntiVirus and kept up to date, currently on version 16.151.8013.
We do have a license for AVG server edition, but that is running on our file server without issue.

Are you now able to add the exception and did that resolve your issue?
