Exchange Agent Issue

Though AVG and Avast are under same roof now, support is provided through different channels.

Anyone had an issue where the 'avast plugin for Exchange' causes the submission queue in Exchange to hang, as it appears to take 90 seconds to process each message.

When the transport agent is disabled, mail flow goes back to normal.

I'm afraid support for AVG business edition products too is provided through email.

That's the name of the agent, but the product is AVG Business #confused

In attempt to get this fixed, in the absence of Avast/AVG support, I uninstalled/reinstalled the transport agent in Exchange, but this didn't fix it.

Please support, get back to my ticket.
