Exclude folders or files in this new version of AVG Antivirus

Thank you for choosing AVG. When you launch AVG Anti Virus free, you should see Scan now button on the interface. Click on the settings (clog wheel icon) adjacent to the Scan now to open Scan settings. In the scan settings page, select "Exclusions" in the left pane.
Then you should be able to add the files or folders to AVG's exceptions list.
