Excluding some of the files, programs etc. listed in scan

Hello,
Is there a way to remove some of the things listed in the scan that you don't want removed or deleted? I don't want to just wipe out all those things as some of the files, apps and programs are used and needed, but I don't see any way to be selective about what's removed. Thanks!
