Thank you.

I am trying to download a "CRDOWNLOAD" executable file for molecular modeling software. I am getting a message that it is unsafe. It appears in the download folder. But when I click it asks for a program to run it. I tried the administrative powershell to no avail. Any ideas? On a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series.
