Initially, we'd like to inform you that either the AVG Internet Security or AVG TuneUp will delete/change your system drivers.
Could you let us know the exact actions you performed (using AVG Internet Security & AVG TuneUp) that lead to this issue?
Also, have you reinstalled your AVG programs now?

I ran the AVG program on my wife's computer that needed serious upkeep, and with that run the Virus scanner and Tuneup. With that, the work meant to tie-up corrupt data, actually deleted .exe files that ran the wifi, the LAN driver, the sound, and other system 32 drivers. So now I can't update, connect or add anything to my computer. I had deleted AVG programs and now some access has been allowed although I cannot even run some Command prompt, advanced security protocols to self-clean my computer. Any restoring options or cleaning and re-adding programs? Or was this an unfortunate series of events that AVG cannot help with? Thanks for any information that you are able to provide.
