.exe running that I can't access why?

Hi Danny, I will help you resolve the issue, open the Task manager and find the two process  conhost.exe and wajam.exe , in the task manager there will be a option to find their location. Find where they are located in your hard drive and then restart the system in SafeMode and login  as administrator and then go the location of those two process and delete the whole folder. I have conhost.exe and wajam.exe running in the background and everytime I want to close it, it gives me.
"Access Denied "
How come I can't access to my own computer I want to find a way to remove them.
