Our office uses Intuit Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019. We would like to use the feature that allows us to e-mail billing statements to clients directly from QB (rather than timely process of printing statement, scanning it and then e-mailing it as we are currently doing).
I spoke with QB to get this feature set up and after trouble shooting they determined that our AVG is blocking the e-mails from sending. When we turn off AVG, the e-mails will send.
How do I get around the firewall or set an exception for Intuit Quickbooks?
