Expiration date will not clear

We will help you sort it out. Could you share a screenshot of the AVG User interface which shows expiry date to proceed further.

I use the AVG free version, for some reason it is showing an expiration date of 1 Sep 2018. It shows that protection is turned off and can not turn it back on. This started today and I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled and it will not clear.
