That form does not work, when I fill it out and click on Phone it sends me to yet another place to choose where I want the support from

Hi, I just bought a new license for AVG inernet security, AVG PC TuneUP and Roboform. When I activated the new License key for the AVG Internet Security it gave me a expiring date which is 2 months shorter then the year subscription. My old expiration date was janurary 31, 2015 and the new expiration date is december 01, 2015.
