Expiration of AVG Internet Security subscription

Yesterday AVG informed me that my Internet Security subscription for multiple devices automatically had been renewed.
In the last communication on May 4 AVG confirmed me that the auto-renewal had been cancelled !
For this reason I totally disagree with this transaction, therefore:
- I will cancel the new transaction in my AVG account and require immediate reimbursement of the
  payment of € 89,99 that was charged to my credit card.
- If this refund is made before June 1 2020 I am willing to consider the purchase of a 1 year
  subscription of AVG Internet Security just for 1 device, as explained above.
- In case no refund is made before that date I will reconsider all futur purchase and renewal of AVG
  products.

It must be understood that I'm very disappointed about the way/attitude this matter has been treated by AVG so far.

Dear Mrs/Sir,

My 2 yrs AVG Internet Security subscription expires by the end of this month.
By E-mail AVG has sent me a prolongation request for 1 yr and 10 devices.
But today I need this protection just for 1 device - my question is: how to handle this change ?

- Do I have to cancel my 'old' subscription for 10 devices in my AVG account and  book a       new subscription in the AVG shop just for 1 device, or
- Will you send me a new prolongation request modified accordingly
