We could not find any active AVG subscriptions registered to the email address you used to contact us here. The automatic renewal notification will be sent on the registered email address only, which must be your old email address that you might not be using anymore. We charge your card which was use initially (only if the card is valid) irrespective of the registered email address.

Why did I not receive notification when my subscription renewal was due? Thought it might be because I changed my login and password awhile back but your renewal billing sure appeared on my credit card so you got that info correctly. Not happy!
