Expiration of AVG

I renewed my AVG coverage in January of 2018 and yet I get messages that my internet security has expired.  Please advise.

This shouldn't be happening with AVG.
Let us try the activation process.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "My AVG" and select "My Subscriptions".
If you have an option as "Log out", click on it.
If you get an option as "Log into account", click on it.
Enter your AVG my account credentials.
Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates the renewed subscription.
Keep us informed about the status.
