Upon checking your account, we could see that you have purchased the AVG Ultimate on Dec 6, 2017 and it is valid till Dec 5, 2019.

That's why you are receiving the expiry message, as it shows the correct expiration date.

Hello,

I bought the AVG Ultimate 2 year unlimited devices product last year however it now says it will be expiring in 5 days, a year early. I've tried logging out and logging back in but it still says it will expire in 5 days. Please advise for next steps.
