After installing AVG Ultimate successfully on your computer, did you try to activate the each product with the activation code?
If not, we have sent an email with the activation code to activate and please follow the steps.

I purchased Ultimate 2021 on April 10, and as my previous account for AVG tune up expired on 13 April. I let this expire, as this is included in Ultimate 2021.
I now find that I cannot add the new product to my account, as my account just shows that tune up has expired, with an invite to renew!
I have downloaded Ultimate successfully and installed on my computer. But how can I open and bring my account up to date?
