I see that there are two license purchased for AVG PC TuneUp product on your account.
One was auto renewed recently and the other got expired on 25th January 2018.
The email that you received should be for the expired license of PC TuneUp.
Please make sure that you have reactivated your PC TuneUp program using the renewed license number.

I have informed you in several emails that I have the renewald of the AVG PA TuneUp of December 1-2017, with order number 701-9756037, so I did not undrestand your new email yesterday saying that the license of this program expires on the 25th
