Expired license

Thanks Alan.  I talked with support who who sent me a link to AVG_Remover.exe.  I downloaded and ran it and then restarted my computer.  They also sent me a link to Download and install AVG Ultimate which includes detailed instructions.

Back when I installed Ultimate earlier this year I should have uninstalled AVG 2014.

I had AVG 2014 installed on my desktop. I purchased and upgraded to AVG Ultimate Multidevice. I installed Zen & Internet Security, created MyAccount, registered the product and was informed my subscription was upgraded to AVG Ultimate and would expire on April 10, 2016.

Today AVG advises my license is expired.  

How do I fix this?
