Hi there.
I keep getting billed for the renewal of my expired subscription and I don't want to renew it. I logged into my account to cancel the subscription so that it stops the automatic billing however it doesn't give me the option to do so. I desperately want to cancel the automatic billing but at this point I don't know how to do that. What should I do?
If anyone has any information that could be of help, I would really appreciate it.

This was on the 6th of November. The same email was sent on the 31st of October, 25th, 19th, and the 13th.
