Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As per our record, we see that you have purchased the subscription for AVG Protection and Performance multi-device (1 year subscription). Performance expires on 27/1/2017 and protection expires on 28/1/2017.
At the top of your AVG Zen interface do you have your email address displayed or just as "CONNECTED" ?

Keep getting an email saying my AVG Protection Pro is expiring in 30 days.  My account shows I have 320 days left. What's going on.,
