I am sorry that I have mentioned it is from AVG Online shield that http://portal.tds.net/ has been excluded. It is actually excluded from AVG Link scanner and the exception is for this website alone. I assure you that other webpages you visit will be actively scanned by AVG Linkscanner. As you said, if there is any malicious activity from the excluded website, it can be detected by AVG resident shield, AVG Identity protection and AVG firewall components.
